The Chesapeake Boating Club has added
the Albin 36 Express Trawler,
Sojourner. She is available for
Bareboat Charter out of Annapolis for
Three, Four, or Seven days.
The Albin 36 Express Trawler represents a totally unique and refreshing departure from today's trawler-stylized yachts...both in terms of maximizing speed and fuel efficiency to offering a no-nonsense approach to both its interior and exterior design functionality.
Combined with advanced construction techniques, this modified-V, keeled hull design provides superior performance and maneuverability. Once you've boarded the Albin 33 +3 Express Trawler, you'll find an interior layout different from that of many yachts. The Forward Cabin can be used as two V-berths or converted to a jumbo berth. The Centre Cabin features a Queen berth with a built-in upholstered backrest. The marine head compartment sports an adjoining, separate shower stall.
Surprisingly spacious, you'll take great pleasure in its warm interior and thoughtful appointments. The helm station, sofa and complete galley are located in the comfortable main salon. A hard-top canopy covers the roomy cockpit with built-in seating and stowage compartments. There's easy access to the full flybridge and sufficient seating for Captain and guests. An extended swim platform with integrated boarding steps make water sports access safe and sure.

Sojourner is available for
charter to the general public as well
as to Club Members.
Club members may choose to cruise the Albin 36 with the following constraints:
1. Club Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. Anything prior to that would need to be booked at the prevailing charter rates.
2. There is a 3 day minimum reservation, it can start on any day. You will use the standard Albin 28 points that would apply to that reservation period. There will be an additional surcharge of $250 per day, or $300 per day for holiday periods.
3. You will need an additional checkout. Please arrange a time with Kevin, based on the boat availability, and schedule as near to your trip as possible to assure that all of the information is fresh.
4. Fuel will be billed at 13 gallons per engine hour.
Sojourner sleeps 4-5 in two staterooms, is air conditioned and fully outfitted for cruising.
She has a single engine and bow thruster, and is very similar to operating the Albin 28.
Please call or email Kevin Ryman with any questions or to check availability.
