4. Take the MD-70/Rowe Blvd exit 24 to Bestgate Rd/Annapolis
5. Take the right fork to Rowe Blvd S/Annapolis and merge onto Rowe Blvd
6. Slight left at Northwest St
7. At Church Cir, take the fourth exit onto Duke of Gloucester St
8. Turn right at Compromise St
9. Continue on 6th St
10. Turn left at Chester Ave
11. Turn right at 3rd St
12. Continue on Eastern Ave to 213 Eastern Ave and look for the J/Port Flag
